National Inclusive Brands
The Top 50 Inclusive Brands Award distinguishes an exemplary group of organizations from various sectors that embrace diversity in their campaigns, content, and hiring practices. The award's focus is to highlight brands that are the most successful at and committed to representing real people consistently in their ads, on their websites, and within their organizations. The award is open to mid to large-sized enterprises. Recipients of this award must be nominated and undergo a rigorous selection process. To be considered for this award, organizations must meet the criteria in the following categories.

Criteria
In order to be designated as an Inclusive Brand, organizations must excel in three major dimensions of diversity and inclusion. Organizations that meet the following criteria should submit an award application using the form below. All applications must be submitted by July 31, 2023. Awards are announced August 7, 2023.
I. Inclusive Workplace Culture
An Inclusive Brand...
- demonstrates the full and successful integration of work team members from diverse groups.
- has a values statement and policies that foster Inclusion, Authenticity, Equity & Belonging in accordance to diversity best practices.
Measured by Summary of Organization Statement and Policies and Employee Engagement/Annual Employee Survey Data.
II. Representation
An Inclusive Brand...
- places in the top 25 percentile of participants in terms of representation of women, people of color, and individuals from historically marginalized groups on the Corporate Board
- places in the top 25 percentile of participants in terms of representation of women, people of color, and individuals from historically marginalized groups in C-Suite and Senior Leadership positions
Measured by percentage of women, people of color, and individuals from historically marginalized groups in each category
III. Corporate Social Responsibility
An Inclusive Brand...
- has initiatives that align with the company’s values/mission/vision.
- has initiatives that positively and significantly impact the communities they serve.
- has initiatives that are well-resourced, which includes having organizational funding, a dedicated budget, and paid or regular volunteers.
